📋 Prerequisites

1. 💫 Join the Echo VR Lounge Discord
   
   This server manages your account. Don't leave it after joining!
2. 🔔 Do not press Restore at any point when prompted! Just click Close or Open instead.

That's it! 😊

No computer, no developer mode, and no Shizuku required!

🥏 Instructions

1. Download the Echo VR Installer APK
2. Download / install Mobile VR Station and launch it
3. Click on Configuration Wizard > Show All Options > Configure Scoped Storage > Configure Scoped Storage (at the bottom) > Step 1: Request Access
4. At the top left, go to the base directory (Quest 2, Quest 3 etc), then click on Downloads
5. Find echovrinstaller.apk and click on the enlarge zoom_out_map icon, then click Continue, Install, then Open.

📋 Notes

• If you have multiple accounts on your Quest, you'll have to run the installer on each one.
  This is largely untested, so I'd recommend just removing them if you can.
• When you try to install the APK, if it pops up with a little screen like this:

  

  It means you most likely have other applications that can handle an APK. You can either:
  • Use said app to install the APK (e.g. with ZArchiver, just click on the APK in Downloads, then open_in_new Install)
  • Uninstall all of them, then restart your headset and try again
  • Reset your headset -- back the important stuff up first!
  I believe this can be fixed within the installer, I'll look into it!
• If you have any further issues, then head to the threaded app thread then attach screenshots / recordings as well as a description of your issue!

  Tip! To submit a recording, head to home.avagoosa.com, click on the box that says "FEED ME", find your video and wait for it to upload, then copy the link and send it in the channel!
